Menu Monday (Sunday edition)

Miss me? Last week I didn't meal plan. I didn't even go to the grocery store. Needless to say, we cleaned out the freezer and ate LOTS of sandwiches. Oh, and we ate out EVERY NIGHT. I'm looking forward to cooking again this week.

Sunday-rotisserie chicken, couscous with goat cheese, and vegetables

Monday-scrambled eggs and pumpkin pie rolls (Pinterest)

Tuesday-chicken spaghetti, garlic bread, and salad

Wednesday-tomato soup and grilled cheese

Thursday-leftovers

Friday-poppyseed chicken, rice, and green beans

Saturday-going to a Halloween/birthday party from 4-7. I guess they are serving dinner??

  1. I like the idea of goat cheese in couscous! I usually use feta. Thanks!

    1. Natalie-Matt prefers feta too, so I usually just have a couscous bar with a lot of different toppings to add.
